En 1995, un groupe de r\u00e9flexion s&rsquo;est interrog\u00e9 sur les moyens \u00e0 mettre en place pour lutter contre les probl\u00e8mes de violence qui se posaient \u00e0 cette \u00e9poque dans les coll\u00e8ges de la ville de Lille. Ce groupe a \u00e9mis l&rsquo;id\u00e9e d&rsquo;une intervention renfor\u00e7ant les liens avec le milieu scolaire et les autres environnements des jeunes : Cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;une fonction ALSES au sein des \u00e9quipes \u00e9ducatives de Pr\u00e9vention Sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e encadr\u00e9e par une convention tripartite sign\u00e9e entre l&rsquo;Association de Pr\u00e9vention Sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e, le D\u00e9partement du Nord et l\u2019\u00c9ducation Nationale.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La mission de l&rsquo;ALSES s&rsquo;exerce en compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 avec l&rsquo;ensemble des acteurs de la communaut\u00e9 \u00e9ducative. En s&rsquo;appuyant sur les modalit\u00e9s d&rsquo;intervention de la Pr\u00e9vention Sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e (\u00ab\u00a0aller vers\u00a0\u00bb, accompagnements individuels et collectifs), l&rsquo;ALSES apporte un autre regard sur le jeune et contribue \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;alliance \u00e9ducative\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Actuellement le Nord compte 73 \u00e9ducateurs sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s au sein des \u00e9quipes de Pr\u00e9vention Sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e qui, au del\u00e0 des actions collectives et du travail de rue, accompagnent individuellement  3229 coll\u00e9giens sur l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e scolaire 2022\/2023 (source Base de Donn\u00e9es Commune APSN)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-white-color has-text-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"background-color:#15b6b8;font-size:15px\">Le d\u00e9veloppement des postes ALSES s\u2019inscrit dans un double mouvement : celui du cadre de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de la Pr\u00e9vention Sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e d\u00e9fini par le D\u00e9partement du Nord en mai 2017, et celui de la contractualisation entre l\u2019\u00c9tat et le D\u00e9partement du Nord, dans le cadre de la strat\u00e9gie de pr\u00e9vention et de lutte contre la pauvret\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#15b6b8\"><strong>Le r\u00f4le de l&rsquo;APSN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Depuis la cr\u00e9ation des postes ALSES, l&rsquo;APSN accueille r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des d\u00e9l\u00e9gations au niveau national pour \u00e9changer sur la plus-value de cette fonction au sein des \u00e9quipes de Pr\u00e9vention Sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;APSN  est vigilante \u00e0 articuler  4 dimensions dans l&rsquo;
